Flatbread wrap
Ingredients
- Flour: 200g
- Avacado oil: 40ml
- Baking powder: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Warm water: 120ml
Method
- Add dry ingredients (flour, salt and baking powser) to a bowl and mix.
- Make a well in the center and add the avacado oil and wark water.
- mix until it forms a rough dough (this only needs a minute or two).
Add more flour if the mixture is too sticky, or a little more water if it is dry.
- roll between sheets of baking paper (there should be enough for 4-6 wraps).
- cook for a couple of minutes on a pre-heated iron skillet, no oil required.
Turn when it starts to bubble.
