Method

  1. Add dry ingredients (flour, salt and baking powser) to a bowl and mix.
  2. Make a well in the center and add the avacado oil and wark water.
  3. mix until it forms a rough dough (this only needs a minute or two). Add more flour if the mixture is too sticky, or a little more water if it is dry.
  4. roll between sheets of baking paper (there should be enough for 4-6 wraps).
  5. cook for a couple of minutes on a pre-heated iron skillet, no oil required. Turn when it starts to bubble.
